Rob and Myra were married in 1995 and spent many years dreaming of living on the water in North Central Florida.  They never imagined God would fulfill their prayer by bringing together their home and Anchored ministry in this beautiful setting. 

   

    Myra is a licensed United Methodist pastor who has served two churches over five years.  She has anchored the news for local affiliates in Florida from 1995 to 2012, and presently anchors the noon news on WCJB-TV.  She served as an adjunct professor in the College of Journalism and Communications at U.F., where she also received her B.S. in Telecommunication Broadcast News.  She has a Master of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Myra led the disability ministry for her local church for seven years and served three years at the national level. 

   

     Rob is a broadcast and IT engineering consultant.  Monroe is an avid outdoorsman, working as an engineer for a broadcast station.  Marianna, our special child, spreads love and joy to everyone she meets.  She is pursuing a ministry of art.  Check out Marianna's Ministry here -
